Earning Weapons Badges |
Rules to Earning a Badge - Section 1 - Part 1 Any member of the {22nd}MEU may ask (a General or Authorized Officer only) to challenge for the right to earn either a Sniper, Rifle, MG, SMG, Shotgun or Handgun badge. If you pass a challenge, you may still ask to challenge another badge to earn. If you fail to earn an individual badge, you must wait 5 days (no less) to challenge the failed badge again. But you may still ask to challenge other badges on the same day a badge is failed. Which means: Lets say 22ndCpl.Bob asks the General that he wants to challenge to earn the Sniper Badge. If 22ndCpl.Bob fails his attempt to earn his badge, he cannot challenge to earn the Sniper badge for five (5) days NO LESS, but may challenge other badges the same day if he wishes. On the other hand, If 22ndCpl.Bob asks the General that he wants to challenge to earn the Sniper Badge and passes, he will earn his badge and may still ask to challenge for another badge. Rules to Earning a Badge - Part 2 These rules apply to all weapons being challenged for a badge. The challenge will consist of 5 rounds on both allies and axis sides for a total of 10 rounds (Note: Be prepared to have enough time to finish the challenge because the challenge cannot, under any circumstances, be cut in half or re-scheduled. The challenger will have to win at least 50% of the 10 rounds in order to pass the challenge to earn his/her weapons badge. Meaning you would need to have a winning rate of at least 5 rounds out of 10 for both sides combined. The challenger may choose only one map between The Hunt, V2 Rocket Facility or The Bridge to take upon the challenge in its entirety (No split maps). Rules to Earning a Badge - Part 3 The challenger will face two other members of the {22nd}MEU for a 2-on-1 challenge. The only members allowed to face the challenger are the General, Lt.Gen, Maj.Gen, Brid.Gen, Colonel, Lt. Colonel, Major, Captain, 1st Lt., or 2nd Lt. Any other member not listed that participates in the challenge MUST be chosen by the General only. In any instance, the General MUST be present and participate in all challenges made by any member wanting to earn one of the 6 said badges mentioned above. If the General insists not to be in the challenge, he may choose another member to take his place. Whatever weapon the challenger chooses, the two opposing members will use the same weapon during the entire challenge. There will be no timelimit nor any kind of objective on the selected maps other than to kill the opposing team and acquiring a winning rate of at least 50% of the rounds played. Alternately Earning a Badge - Section 2 - Part 1 Either one or all of these badges may be alternately earned by any {22nd} member that meets or exceeds the qualifications below. These rules will be strictly enforced and weapons badge challenges will/must be recorded by the General in order to correctly distribute any of the weapons badges that may be issued to a qualified member.
